Birthday Greetings ~

When I had this idea of making handmade cards, I made the first one for my uncle who stays in Seattle. Though it was not a very good one but he was so happy with the thought of me making a handmade card for him. And I was overwhelmed coz when you do something for the first time all you need is validation from everyone around. I am glad I had this support from my loved ones to move forward.
And since then I havnt stopped. And I do make sure I send my uncle a handmade card every yr on his birthday.

Here is the card I made for him this time...I used my fav printed paper, quilled flowers and rhine stones, and it looks perfect!

And here is a closer look -

Smiles and Cheers,

  2. This has turned out really well. The idea of using a printed paper rather than a white one, has made it totally stand out. Please also share your first card. It would be great to see how and where it all began :)
