Its been quiet sometime now that I have been wanting to try my hand at baking. Just recently I visited my sister in law and wasn't sure what to take for her. So I decided to make Oreo Truffles for her and I thought it would be a perfect way to start.
So here are the Oreo Truffles! Look how beautifully they sit on my table. I feel so happy!
Here is the recipe -

Crush cookies to fine crumbs in food processor.
Add cream cheese mix until well blendedRoll cookie mix into 1 inch diameter ballsDip balls in Chocolate Decorate with sprinkles or white chocolatePlace on wax paper covered baking sheet
Refrigerate until firm ( 1hr)

ReplyDeleteI love how simple and delicious these Oreo Truffles look.
ReplyDeleteThese Oreo Truffles look so delicious and elegant! I love how easy the recipe sounds, especially for someone who's not that experienced in the kitchen like me. I've always believed that the best gifts are handmade, and you made the perfect choice by bringing these to your sister-in-law. It's like when a banner advertising company creates a simple but eye-catching design — it doesn't need to be complicated to be memorable. I'm going to try this recipe over the weekend for a small get-together I have planned. I love that you included decorating ideas, too — that adds such a nice touch. Your post reminded me how little things can bring so much happiness. Thank you for sharing your first baking experience — it really encourages others to give it a try, too. I hope you'll keep posting more sweet recipes!
