Give up or stay!

I have never been a give up person for anything that comes my way. Not that I love challenges but I like the feeling I get after I am out of a bad situation – that happy feeling of learning something on your own is a celebration in itself.

Life has put me in many give up situations lately, but I am trying to stay. I hope this helps me grow wiser if not stronger :)

All this while I have been reading and working on lots of crafting stuff. Here is a card I made for a friend of mine - he is getting married next week. I am glad the color combination came out really nice.

Thanks for looking :)

  1. Your friend is lucky to receive this card! I found it so pretty. Yes the colour combo is awesome n i loved the card u have cut out. Is it hand cut and coloured? if yes, kudos to you!

  2. The card looks fab!.. I love the glasses.. the tiny banners and the cute li'l car! :)

  3. Stay honey.. and the celebrations will definitely follow. And yes, I love the card.. reallly cute.

  4. @Karuna - These are puffy stickers - the finishing part with the ribbon is mine.

Just cant stop admiring it :P These beautiful little things have made me fall in love with them and myself.

You guy…

Its a sign ~

Over the past few months, I had been spending a lot of time and money on cabs travelling to my workplace and back. It was a total pain to bear the taxi drivers each day.... But I kept at it, coz I had a kind of subconscious fear of taking a bus.. But one fine day..I built up the courage and explored travelling by bus..Gosh! It was so easy...and now I wonder all day long y was'nt I doing that before!

I think when we stay safe inside our comfort zones, we limit ourselves to experiencing things we already know. So next time when you experience that queasy feeling of stepping out, don’t shy away from it ... Thats a sign!!

Explore the world around, welcome it with open arms with a smile on your face! :)
Here is a quilled pattern I made today....Quilling is my second being the first ;)
